In this project, the architectural synthesis and the design of a two-floor residence in the seaside suburbs of Athens, 40 km away from the centre, were delivered.

Featured in this design were 160 m² of ample living space, large balconies and large windows with sea view, an internal elevator, an arched pergola, 40 m² underground storage place and 40 m² underground parking space.
